Harold P. Brown, Jr. is of counsel to the firm.  Mr. Brown is admitted to practice in Texas. He received a B.A. from Texas Technological College in 1963, and received his J.D. from the University of Texas in 1966, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta.  Mr. Brown was a captain in the U.S. Army, 1963-1968.   His areas of practice include:
